The Year in fishing unofficially began with a great trip in honor of our friends Jamie Capes and Mark Seidman. As a combined Bachelor Party, the guys decided to rent a party boat with 15 of their friends and fish for blues and stripers along the New Jersey coastline.

Departing from Belmar, Captain Ralph and his crew chartered
us aboard the Last Lady II out to Shrewsbury Rocks.

Greetings from Florida: During June, Michael Kregler caught this Bonefish near the Florida Keys on a flyrod. This is the second of 2 Bonefish he hooked while he was staying in Miami. Good job, Mike!

As for the rest of June, it was a great month of fishing both salt and fresh water.
